My name is Janet Gayle, I was born in Kingston Jamaica moved in the United States 1988. My husband and I are the proud owners of this Establishment, with our hard work and dedication we are living our dreams thanks to God. My family and I relocated to Nashville 2001. To our surprise there was no authentic Jamaican Restaurant regardless of the large ethnic Caribbean Community and with such a need we decided that's what we wanted to do and with god's help he made it possible for us to used our passion for cooking to bring some good authentic jamaican dishes to Nashville.
